Energy Clearing/Smudging has been used for centuries by Shamans and healers as a spiritual practice to clear out and old, negative or stagnant energy so you can replace it with positive and peaceful energy. Not only does this raise the vibrations in the space but also improves the flow of energy. Aside from its energetic cleansing properties, White Sage has been proven to improve the quality of the air working as a natural air purifier and a powerful energy cleanser. Since Smudging with Sage is essentially like resetting the energy, Clearing out ALL energy not only negative energy. This session also includes inviting in positive energy with the Smudging of Palo Santo a sweet smelling holy wood.
